The Scottish Six Days Trial is a Motorcycle Trial with a difference!  It has the additional test of reliability over long distances with riders completing up to 100 miles each day over six consecutive days. Each daily route is designed by the Clerk of the Course to challenge the ability, experience, strength and stamina of each rider.

F1 drivers call the British Grand Prix at the iconic Silverstone circuit ‘insanely fast’. We simply call it one of the world’s greatest sporting events. Throw in a great weekend-long party and the race is on. Like so many of England’s racing circuits, Silverstone started life as an aerodrome. When the Second World War ended in 1945, England’s other two circuits, Donington Park and the legendary Brooklands, had fallen into disrepair. And so it was that the outer taxiways and interconnecting runways of Silverstone became adopted by the Royal Automobile Club as the home for the British Grand Prix in 1948. The circuit was fast and challenging and in 1949 the shape was formed that remains the basis of the track to this day.
